Browser Translation

Chrome:

  1. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  2. At the bottom, click Advanced.
  3. Under "Languages," click Language.
  4. Check "Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read."

Edge:

  1. At the top right, click More More and then Settings.
  2. Towards the bottom, click Settings.
  3. Under "Languages," select More More
  4. Check "Offer to translate pages in this language"

Firefox:

  1. At the top right, click More More and then "Options".
  2. Under "Language and Appearance," and "Language," select "Choose your preferred language for displaying pages"
  3. Select your preferred language and click "OK"

Help

The ICCP's testing site is designed to be simple and intuitive to use. Following the instructions below will help you navigate the site.

There are two tabs at the bottom of the page: "Education" and "Account". The "Education" tab is where you can take the test, view lessons, and print your certificate. The "Account" tab is where you can change your password and view account information.

Lessons:

  1. Click on the tab at the top of the page labeled "Progress" (with this icon: check_circle_outline ). This is where all of the lessons are stored.
  2. Go ahead and explore the lessons by clicking on each one. When you are done reading a lesson, click "Mark as Read".
  3. As you progress through the lessons, the progress bar at the top of the page will advance, showing you the amount of content you have completed.
  4. Once you have completed all of the lessons, click "Test" (with this icon: assignment ) at the top of the page.

Testing:

If you have already completed a test and a retake, but did not pass either, you will have to wait two weeks until you can test again.

  1. Click on the tab at the top of the page labeled "Test" (with this icon: assignment )
  2. Click "Start Test". If this button does not appear, you must wait two weeks before retaking the test.
  3. If this is not your first time taking the test, you will be prompted to pay the testing fee. Once the payment has been processed, you will be automatically redirected to the test.
  4. Complete the test by clicking on the correct answer to each question. When you are finished, click "Submit". You have 12 hours to finish the test.

Certificate:

Once you have passed the test, you will get access to a certificate.

  1. Click on the tab at the top of the page labeled "More" (with this icon: more_horiz )
  2. Click "View Certificate"
  3. Print or save this image by right-clicking on the picture and clicking "Save image as..."
